Supply contracts
General conditions for the provision of the electricity supply service and the information / documents necessary for the preparation of the supply offer
1. The consumer sends a request for a supply offer to the Customer Service (octavian.lupului@
to which he attaches the following documents:
– Historical consumption over the last 12 months
– Number of consumption points for each distribution branch
– Connection approval and operation agreement
– Monthly consumption forecast
2. The supplier sends the supply offer to the consumer, which includes the following information:
– Base price of electricity
– Regulated tariffs for transport, system services, OPCOM, and distribution services
– Cogeneration contribution, green certificate quota, excise duties, etc.
– Power band ensuring balancing
– Payment method
– Contractual period
– Offer validity
3. The consumer accepts the supply offer, and the supplier sends them the contract template, which will be negotiated.
Non-Household Supply Contractic
4. After contractual negotiation, the consumer provides the company identification details, and the contract is signed by both parties.
The consumer sends a written statement confirming that there are no outstanding debts with the previous supplier.
Both the consumer and the supplier must comply with the ANRE (Romanian Energy Regulatory Authority) procedure for supplier switching.
5. The supplier notifies the transmission and distribution operator to conclude the transport, distribution, and balancing contracts.
